Responsibilities
We are recruiting a Business Unit Director with the mission of creating, developing and managing a Business Unit, based on a strong business culture and a real leadership position.
Business Unit vision & strategy
- Define the positioning, the offers and the roadmap of the Business Unit
- Building a credible and differentiating value proposition
- Identify market opportunities and manage strategic development
- Embodying Afixen with decision-makers and key partners
Business development & strategic accounts
- Develop and manage a portfolio of key account customers
- Managing complex and high value-added sales cycles
- Negotiate structuring and sustainable contracts
- Ensuring healthy, sustainable and profitable growth
Construction and management of the Business Unit
- Recruiting, structuring and growing successful teams
- Establishing a culture of performance, demand and responsibility
- Manage the entire P&L (turnover, margin, profitability, staffing)
- Establishing effective management indicators and action plans
Leadership role within the group
- Act as a true Business Unit manager, responsible for its decisions and results
- Contribute to the group's strategic thinking (offers, organization, growth)
- Actively participate in the construction and development of Afixen over the long term
Profile wanted
- Higher education (engineering school, business school or equivalent)
- Proven experience in business development, team management or perimeter management
- Experience in business development, team management or perimeter management
- Strong business culture and sense of responsibility
- Natural leadership, business credibility and leadership posture
- Comfort with high-level contacts (management, purchasing, program managers, technical experts)
- Professional English required
Compensation and package
- CDI or TNS status — Director level
- Attractive remuneration, in line with the scope given
- Variable linked to the performance of the Business Unit
- Real autonomy in the construction and management of the BU
- Tools, structuring and group back office to accelerate execution
