Join AFIXEN as a CFO/CFA Electrical Works Supervisor throughout France

AFIXEN is recruiting a CFO/CFA Electrical Works Supervisor [M/F/X] to oversee high-current and low-current electrical installation works across France.

You will work on a wide range of projects across commercial buildings, industry, retail, hospitality and sensitive sites, playing a central role in the successful delivery of the works. From preparation through to handover, you will help ensure deadlines, budgets, workmanship quality and safety requirements are met.

This role is suited to an experienced CFO/CFA electrical works professional who can combine on-site presence, operational coordination and technical follow-up.

Your missions

Reporting to the Construction Management Department or the Contract Manager, you will manage the assigned operations and ensure full worksite coordination. You will organize the works, monitor progress, supervise on-site teams and ensure the necessary resources are properly mobilized at each stage of the project.

You will also handle the technical and administrative monitoring of operations, including schedule management, site documentation, approvals and reporting. You will be in regular contact with subcontractors, service providers, internal teams and the various project stakeholders, including the project owner, project management team and other trades.

On site, you will ensure that systems comply with applicable CFO/CFA standards, as well as strict safety rules and HSE instructions. You will anticipate needs, identify any deviations and implement the necessary actions to ensure the works are completed successfully.

Your profile

You have significant experience in CFO/CFA works supervision, either with an installation contractor, a general contractor or a company specialized in technical work packages. You have a strong command of the standards and regulations applicable to electrical systems and are comfortable managing the technical, human and organizational aspects of a worksite simultaneously.

You are recognized for your thoroughness, organizational skills, autonomy and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively. You enjoy being on site, are proactive and have excellent interpersonal skills with both clients and internal teams. National mobility is an integral part of the role and a key aspect of your professional approach.
