AFIXEN is recruiting a CFO/CFA Project Manager (F/H) to support the management of electrical installation sites in strong currents and weak currents throughout the national territory.

You are involved in a variety of projects, in tertiary, industry, retail, hotel or sensitive sites, with a central role in the proper execution of the works. From the preparation phase to the reception, you guarantee compliance with deadlines, budget, quality of execution and security requirements.

This position is for an experienced professional in CFO/CFA electrical work management, capable of combining field presence, operational coordination and technical follow-up.

Your missions

Reporting to the Works Department or to the Business Manager, you manage the operations entrusted to you and ensure the complete coordination of construction sites. You organize the work, monitor the progress, supervise the teams on site and ensure the proper mobilization of the necessary resources at each stage of the project.

You also ensure the technical and administrative follow-up of operations, in particular through the management of planning, site documents, visas and reporting. You are in regular contact with subcontractors, service providers, internal teams as well as with the various project partners, in particular project management, project management and other contractors.

In the field, you ensure that the installations comply with current standards in the field of CFO/CFA, as well as strict compliance with safety regulations and HSE instructions. You anticipate the needs, identify any discrepancies and put in place the necessary actions to ensure the successful completion of the work.

Profile wanted

You have significant experience in CFO/CFA work management, in an installation company, in a general contractor or within a structure specialized in technical lots. You master the standards and regulations applicable to electrical installations and you are comfortable in simultaneously managing the technical, human and organizational challenges of a construction site.

You are recognized for your rigor, your sense of organization, your autonomy and your ability to effectively coordinate several stakeholders. You appreciate the field, know how to be proactive and have an excellent relationship, both with customers and with internal teams.
